Yoga in the Workplace

How Does it Work?

Corporate Yoga is offered in the workplace or online for companies in Helsinki, Hämeenlinna, and Tampere.

  • Companies choose which time works best for their team.

  • Yoga lessons are 45-60 min.

  • Lessons are in English.

Packages

  • Fixed price for 3 months for recurring classes.

  • Special one-time events (tyhy-päivä or other celebrations).

  • Starting at 160€ per session.

Setting up the Yoga Space

  • Conference rooms with tables and chairs moved to the side are most often used. Any open, quiet space that is large enough to hold the group will work great.

  • Yoga mats and other equipment (block, straps, bolsters - all optional) is provided by customer. Equipment can be provided for an additional fee.  

  • No experience is needed, classes are ideal for beginners and experienced yoga participants.

  • Classes are designed to fit the needs of the individuals in each group.
